WYNDHAM VACATION OWNERSHIP ADDS WYNDHAM HOTELS IN FLORIDA AND TEXAS TO ITS FAIRSHARE PLUS BY WYNDHAM PROGRAM

- Owners now have additional Wyndham hotel choices as FairShare Plus members -

ORLANDO, Fla. (Nov. 1, 2007) – Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the world’s largest vacation ownership company and a member of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE: WYN), today announced that owners of FairShare Plus by Wyndham, its points-based, flexible vacation ownership exchange program, may now use their points to stay at two additional upscale Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties.

With the addition of the Hotel Galvez – A Wyndham Historic Hotel in Galveston, Texas, and Wyndham Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center in Florida, eight Wyndham hotels are now available to Wyndham Vacation Resorts’ owners as part of their FairShare Plus by Wyndham program membership.

Peter Strebel, president of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, said that by adding these hotels to the FairShare Plus by Wyndham portfolio, Wyndham Vacation Ownership owners will enjoy the “same standard of service excellence at our hotels that they have come to expect from their vacation ownership experience, but in new and desirable locations.”

The Hotel Galvez and Wyndham Miami Airport Hotel offer visitors upscale lodging options in unique destinations. Built in 1911, the 226-room historic Hotel Galvez features marble-appointed bathrooms and pillow-top mattresses. It recently was refurbished to combine the glamorous architecture of the past with luxurious amenities. Visitors can enjoy a pool with a swim-up bar, Jacuzzi, access to the Gulf of Mexico and nearby tennis courts, golf courses, museums, shops and restaurants.

The Hotel Galvez is building a full-service spa that is scheduled to open in early 2008 featuring five treatment rooms, Vichy shower, relaxation courtyard, full-service salon and fitness center.

Frank Sinatra, Teddy Roosevelt and Howard Hughes each visited this hotel, which this year was honored with the AAA Four Diamond Award® for the third consecutive year.

The recently renovated, 405-room Wyndham Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center, located near the Miami International Airport, features a resort-like setting near the nightlife of downtown Miami. In-room amenities include flat-screen televisions; marble bathrooms; feather bedding; and wireless, high-speed Internet service. The hotel features a heated outdoor pool, tiki bar, fitness facilities and adjacent 18-hole golf course. The hotel was the recipient of Meetings & Conventions magazine’s 2007 Gold Key Award for excellence.

FairShare Plus owners also may use their points for stays at six other Wyndham hotels: the Wyndham Rio Mar in Puerto Rico; Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort and Spa in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; Wyndham Orange County in Costa Mesa, Calif.; Wyndham Midtown and Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center in Atlanta; and Bourbon Orleans – A Wyndham Historic Hotel in New Orleans. The number of points required to stay at the respective hotels vary according to the time of year and other usage guidelines.
