TOUR REMINDERS:
- Please plan on arriving for your tour approximately 15 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment.
- Photo ID and a major credit card are required when checking-in for your tour.
Debit cards are not considered a major credit card.
- You will need arrive to your tour with your spouse if married, or partner if
cohabitating.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE TOUR:
From the North:
From I 40 take 407 exit, go south on 66/Great Smoky Mountain Parkway approximately 9.5 miles to the Welcome Center. We are on the right at traffic light number 14.5. You will see a big blue sign that says Welcome Center. There is no sign on the building.
From the South:
On Hwy 441(441 is a Pkwy) go straight through Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Go past the Super Wal-Mart and continue approximately 1.2 miles. At traffic light 14.5 turn left onto Hicks Drive. The entrance to the Welcome Center will be the first driveway on the right.
