Directions from route 24
Route 24 South, merge onto Route 114 South/Broadway
Right on Marlborough Street
Left on America’s Cup Avenue / Farewell Street
Right on Washington Street, arriving at #5 Washington Street, Newport
Directions from i95
From I-95, take Exit 3A to RI-138 E.
Stay on RI-138 E, Route 1 N (briefly), back onto RI-138 E.
Cross the Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge and then the Newport Pell Bridge.
Take the first exit after the Pell Bridge to RI-238/Scenic Newport.
Right on Farewell St., immediate left onto America’s Cup Ave.
After ~0.4 mi, left on Long Wharf, which becomes Washington St. — #5 is on the right.
