Please check-in at our Wyndham Welcome Center when you arrive in the area.

Hours of Operation: January 2nd through March 15th: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
March 16th through January 1st: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
If you will be arriving after 6 p.m., look for the box located outside the Member Services door. You will find a packet with your name on it containing directions to your accommodations and instructions regarding your sales presentation.
You can find the details of your reservation on your reservation confirmation materials.
Please note that, where applicable, you are responsible for hotel taxes, resort and parking fees that will be charged to you directly by the hotel. You can find the additional fees you can expect on your reservation confirmation materials.
- Your tour time and specific location directions can be found on your tour confirmation email.
- Please plan on arriving for your tour approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Photo ID and a major credit card are required when checking-in for your tour. Debit cards are not considered a major credit card.
- You will need arrive to your tour with your spouse if married, or partner if cohabitating.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE TOUR:
From the North:
From north or southbound Hwy 65, take Hwy 76 (Country Music Blvd) West. Go about 3 1/2 miles on Hwy 76 to Hwy 165. Turn left on Hwy 165 and go approximately 2 1/2 miles to Wyndham Branson. Turn left, go down the hill to stop sign. Check-in at Member Services to your left. DO NOT STOP AT RESORT CHECK-IN.
