Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: You and your partner if married or cohabitating, must attend a 120-minute CLUB WYNDHAM timeshare sales presentation. This promotional package is designed for individuals who meet one of the following age and income descriptions.

• 55 years of age or older OR
• 28 to 54 years of age with a minimum annual household income of $60,000

Wyndham Vacation Ownership employees and Owners are ineligible. Persons who attended a CLUB WYNDHAM sales presentation in the past must wait 6 months before attending another presentation. Photo ID and a major credit card required upon check-in. (Debit cards are not considered a major credit card).

Rescheduling: Arrival dates may be rescheduled without penalty up to 61 days prior to the scheduled arrival. No changes will be permitted within 14 days of arrival date. Reservations are subject to availability. Transportation, room taxes, meals not specifically included and incidentals such as phone calls and gratuities are not included. In an effort to meet the needs of our clients, CLUB WYNDHAM is pleased to accept any changes to a confirmed reservation subject to the following: all requests for changes must be submitted in writing via certified mail to the following address: WVO Marketing Refund Request Department at 8403 South Park Circle Suite #650, Orlando, FL 32819. Notices received 60 to 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged $100 per person. Notices received 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date will be charged $150 per person. Notices received within 14 days prior to arrival date will be charged $200 per person. No refunds within 14 days or less of arrival date. Proper travel documentation is the responsibility of the guest and is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. Guests traveling withoutproper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel and will not be refunded the cruise fare. Guests will be responsible for any additional hotel charge that may be incurred due to denied boarding.

Restrictions and Limitations: Failure to comply with the Rescheduling policy, attend the sales presentation or meet the Eligibility Requirements will result in forfeiture of the package price and the benefits of the package. You will be charged the full retail value of this package if you fail to meet the terms and conditions of the offer. Multiple families or couples are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time. No pets allowed. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-transferable. Reservations are subject to availability.

State and Legal Disclosures: If you decide to cancel, you must provide the offering developer written notice of your intent to cancel within fifteen days after purchase to receive a full refund to the following address: WVO Marketing Refund Request Department at 8403 South Park Circle Suite #650, Orlando, FL 32819.Your state may provide you with additional rights, which are attached if applicable. The offering developer reserves the right to substitute any advertised lodging or feature with one of equal or greater value. Norwegian Cruise Line is an independent travel supplier. Wyndham Vacation Resorts will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, arising from, or in connection with, any of these services. Neither Wyndham Vacation Resorts nor the travel supplier is responsible for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, or acts of God.
