You and your spouse, if married or partner if cohabitating, must attend a 120-minute timeshare sales presentation with the Offering Developer and meet the eligibility requirements identified below.

Non-Owner Eligibility: This promotional offer is designed for individuals 28 or older with full-time employment who have a minimum annual household income of $60,000 USD, unless 60 or older and fully retired. Minimum income qualifications must be met by the individual or can be based on marital or cohabitating partner combined income.

Owner Eligibility: In order to participate in this promotional offer, you must be an owner in good standing. Promotional offer nights cannot be added to a reservation booked through your Ownership.

General Eligibility: You, and your spouse if applicable, must be able to read, write, and speak English. Guests who are showing signs of intoxication that may impair their decision making may not attend the presentation. Wyndham Vacation Ownership employees are ineligible. Please bring a valid photo ID and a major credit card to check-in at your presentation. For U.S. residents please bring a valid U.S. government issued photo ID. International guests please bring a valid passport. You must wait 90 days between presentations, Owners must wait 30 days and there is a maximum of four presentations per household per year. For purposes of attending the sales presentation, Wyndham provides appropriate auxiliary aids or services for individuals with hearing, speech, or vision impairments. Requests should be made upon arrival at tour reception.

For Proposed Future Resorts Only: Some areas of the resort may be under construction during your stay and some amenities may not be available at the time of arrival. Wyndham Vacation Resorts cannot guarantee the completion of construction or the future availability of Wyndham. The purchase of Club Wyndham products should not be made in reliance of proposed future resorts.

Rescheduling Policy: A $19.95 date change fee applies to any arrival date changes. Changes made within 14 days from arrival or less will be subject to a $75 change fee. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in the cancellation of your reservation, an additional $150 no show fee, and forfeiture of the package price and benefits of the package. If you stay in the accommodations and do not attend or qualify for the presentation, you will be charged an additional $150 fee per night for the number of nights stayed, unless prohibited by law.

Restrictions and Limitations: Reservations are subject to availability. Normal travel expenses such as transportation, airfare, parking, resort fees and room incidentals are not included. Nightly room taxes are due at time of booking. Groups are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time. No pets allowed. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Travel must be completed by the Package Expiration date. If your package is purchased between January 1st and March 31st, travel must be completed by December 31st of the current calendar year. If your package is purchased after be April 1st, travel must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date.

If you decide to cancel, you must call the vacation specialist number above within 7 days (KY RESIDENTS 14 days) after your purchase date to receive a full refund.
