Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: You and your partner if married or cohabitating, must attend a 120-minute WorldMark by Wyndham timeshare sales presentation. This promotional package is designed for Owners in good standing.

Wyndham Vacation Ownership employees are ineligible. You must be able to read and speak English. Government issued photo ID and a major credit card required upon check-in. A debit card is not considered a major credit card. For purposes of attending the sales presentation, Wyndham provides appropriate auxiliary aids or services for individuals with hearing, speech, or vision impairments. Requests should be made upon arrival at tour reception.

WorldMark Portland - Waterfront Park Information: The proposed opening date of WorldMark Portland - Waterfront Park, a proposed future WorldMark property, is June 2019, subject to change. Some areas of the resort may be under construction during your stay and some amenities may not be available at the time of arrival. WorldMark by Wyndham cannot guarantee the completion of construction or the future availability of WorldMark Portland - Waterfront Park. During your sales presentation, product offerings may vary, including WorldMark, The Club. The purchase of WorldMark by Wyndham products should not be made in reliance of proposed future resorts.

Rescheduling: Arrival dates may be rescheduled once, free of charge; for additional changes, a $19 fee will apply. No changes will be permitted within 5 days of arrival date.

Restrictions and Limitations: Failure to comply with the Rescheduling Policy, attend the sales presentation or meet the Eligibility Requirements will result in forfeiture of the package price and the benefits of the package. Transportation, airfare, gratuities, resort fees, parking fees, nightly room taxes ($30-$55), meals and incidentals are not included. The retail value of this package may depend on room availability, additional feature(s), and travel dates selected.
